Whether you need a small bite to calm your morning sickness or just a quick pick-me-up with a boost of energy, try these easy to make no-bake peanut butter power bites! Here are the key ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter or any nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey (can sub with maple or agave syrup)
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a spatula.
2. Once well combined, roll into small balls about the size of a golf ball.
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks or the freezer for up to a month (if they even last you that long). Enjoy!
