Perinatal Movement and Mindfulness - Live Classes
This 60-minute class will guide you through both breathwork and movement that will open as well as strengthen your mind, body, and heart. Not only will it help you better connect with your body and your baby, it will also provide you with the tools you need to thrive during pregnancy, labor and birth. This prenatal yoga class is open to all levels and requires just a yoga mat. Yoga blocks and props are welcome but not necessary.
